Reach Higher ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with a client at home in Springville, Utah. Great fit if you live in Springville, Mapleton, Spanish Fork or Provo. Your BCBA supervises by telehealth and is on call during sessions, and a parent or guardian is home during every session.
What you'll do
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the client's home
- Follow the treatment plan written by your BCBA
- Collect session data and write session notes in CentralReach the same day
- Work with the family and your BCBA to support the client's progress
Schedule and pay
- Monday–Friday, 4:00–8:00 PM (about 20 hours a week)
- $20–$27/hr, based on experience
What you need
- RBT certification, or willing to get certified (we'll pay for your 40-hour RBT training)
- Ability to pass a Utah DHHS background check and fingerprinting
- A reliable car and valid driver's license
- Experience with children preferred
