Reach Higher ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with a student in a Salem, NH school, under the direction of a BCBA. Steady weekday school hours, with no evenings or weekends.
What you'll do
- Provide 1:1 ABA support to a student in the school setting
- Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect and document progress data in CentralReach
- Work with teachers, school staff and our clinical team to support the student's success
- Keep sessions safe, supportive and positive
Schedule and pay
- Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM–3:00 PM and Friday 8:00 AM–2:15 PM (about 34 hours a week)
- $30–$35/hr, based on experience
- In person in Salem, NH
What you need
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a background check
