Reach Higher ABA is hiring a motivated, compassionate Paraprofessional to support a student in a Rochester, NH school. No ABA certification is needed to start: we'll train you and support you in earning your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential as you grow with us.
What you'll do
- Support a student 1:1 in the classroom under the direction of a BCBA
- Help carry out behavior support and treatment plans
- Help with daily routines, transitions, communication and social skills
- Record student data and session notes accurately in CentralReach
- Work with teachers, school staff, families and the clinical team
- Keep the classroom safe, supportive and positive
Schedule and pay
- 37 hours a week, Monday–Friday, school-day hours
- $20–$25/hr to start
- Paid RBT training
What you need
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college in education, psychology or a related field preferred
- Experience with children or individuals with special needs preferred
- Willingness to complete RBT training and certification
- Ability to pass a background check
