Our vision:
We see your child, not just their diagnosis. Our work isn’t about changing who they are or training them to fit in — it’s about giving them tools to communicate, connect, and feel more confident in their world. Progress means a better quality of life, not just checking boxes.
Just give us a call. Our team is always ready to help with answers, advice, and empathy.
If your child has been diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder, or is showing signs of developmental delays, ABA therapy can help — no matter where they're starting from. We work with toddlers as young as 18 months all the way through age 12. During the initial assessment, our BCBA will evaluate your child's needs and create a personalized treatment plan based on their strengths and goals.
ABA therapy is one-on-one time where your child works on real skills through play, practice, and positive reinforcement. Sessions might look like playing with toys to work on communication, practicing getting dressed, or learning to take turns with games. It's structured but flexible — your RBT follows a plan designed by your BCBA, but adjusts based on what's working and how your child is responding that day. Services happen in your home, at school, or in the community.
Once you reach out, you’ll have the option to schedule a call with us right away. If you prefer not to schedule immediately, our intake team will still reach out to connect with you, answer any questions, and help guide you through next steps. From there, we’ll verify insurance, schedule the initial assessment, and work with your family to develop a treatment plan and match your child with an RBT. Timelines can vary based on insurance approvals, but we move as efficiently as possible to get services in place so your child can begin making progress.
Yes — ABA therapy is widely covered by insurance, including Medicaid and many commercial plans. We currently accept Utah Medicaid and Colorado Medicaid, with Coverage varies, so we'll verify your benefits during intake and then explain your family's eligibility. We'll also handle the billing and paperwork so you don't have to navigate it alone.
We know every family's experience is different. What sets us apart is how we show up: our smooth day-to-day operations, open communication, and leadership that's involved from day one. You'll have a dedicated point of contact, regular progress updates, and a team that prioritizes follow-through. If you've been looking for a provider you can count on, that's what we're here to be.
Together, we’ll help them reach the milestones you’re dreaming of.

Reach Higher ABA provides stress-free ABA therapy in Utah & Colorado to help children with autism improve positive behaviour and daily living skills.
Reach Higher ABA provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services. Website content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.
Dr. Quanesha Johnson leads Reach Higher ABA’s clinical team. She holds a master’s degree and a PhD in developmental psychology, and she is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
Her path into this work is personal. Several people in her family, including her mom, were diagnosed with intellectual disabilities, and wanting to help them is what first drew her to psychology. She went on to complete nine years of higher education and earned her doctorate by age 30. She doesn’t describe this work as a job; she calls it her mission.
Before Reach Higher, Dr. Johnson worked in clinical mental health, including with the State of Georgia. She believes family is everything, and she makes sure every child’s care is built around the people who know that child best.
Sophie Revitch has worked in Applied Behavior Analysis for nearly ten years. She started as a Registered Behavior Technician, fell in love with the work, and went on to earn her master’s degree and become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
Sophie has worked in every setting and with every age group, from early intervention to adult programs that help young adults build the skills to live more independently. She has also served as a clinical director, and she loves mentoring other clinicians.
Her favorite part of the job is the beginning: meeting a family at the first assessment and helping them understand what comes next. She believes kids do best when they learn in their natural environments, at home and at school alongside their peers.
Outside of work, Sophie is a Vermont native and a big hockey fan.
Mikki Hartstein is Reach Higher ABA’s Family Support Coordinator. She is often the first person a family speaks with when they reach out, and she stays with them from that first call until therapy begins.
Mikki walks families through each step of getting started: answering questions, helping with paperwork, and keeping things moving so no one is left waiting. She also screens the therapists who apply to join our team, with a specific child and family in mind.
Mikki is studying psychology and plans to go on to a graduate degree in social work. By her own account she can talk to anyone, which helps on what can be a stressful first call.
Austin Hunsicker is Reach Higher ABA’s Strategic Partnerships Manager. He builds and manages our partnerships with school districts, so that students with autism and other special needs get consistent, effective support in every educational setting.
Austin began his career in ABA and special education operations and worked his way up into leadership. Before joining Reach Higher, he oversaw two ABA clinics and a special education school in New Hampshire while managing more than 120 special education staff across 14 states.
That experience means he understands both the day-to-day realities of delivering services and what school districts need from a partner.
Aharon Fox is Reach Higher ABA’s Lead Operations Manager and was the company’s first employee. He keeps the day-to-day running smoothly so that families and clinicians can focus on care.
Aharon started out on intake, as the first person families spoke with when they reached out. Since then he has worked in every part of the operation: bringing new families on board, insurance authorizations, hiring and onboarding therapists, and matching each child with the right team.
Because he has done each of those jobs himself, he knows where families and staff can get stuck, and he works to keep every step simple and quick. He believes clear, constant communication is what makes it all work.
