Reach Higher ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with a client at home in Payson, Utah. Great fit if you live in Payson, Santaquin, Elk Ridge or Spanish Fork. Your BCBA supervises by telehealth and is on call during sessions, and a parent or guardian is home during every session.
What you'll do
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the client's home
- Follow the treatment plan written by your BCBA
- Collect session data and write session notes in CentralReach the same day
- Work with the family and your BCBA to support the client's progress
Schedule and pay
- Wednesday and Thursday, 4:00–7:30 PM
- Every other Friday, 4:00–7:30 PM
- Saturday, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM (about 12–15 hours a week)
- $20–$27/hr, based on experience
What you need
- RBT certification, or willing to get certified (we'll pay for your 40-hour RBT training)
- Ability to pass a Utah DHHS background check and fingerprinting
- A reliable car and valid driver's license
- Experience with children preferred
