Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Salem, NH
Reach Higher ABA, in partnership with the Salem School District, is seeking a passionate, licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join our New Hampshire team. You'll provide individualized, evidence-based therapy to neurodivergent learners, focusing on expressive and receptive language, articulation, pragmatics, social communication and AAC, working alongside our BCBAs and RBTs.
What you'll do
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
- Develop, implement and progress-monitor individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy in language, speech production, social communication and AAC
- Collaborate with BCBAs, RBTs, occupational therapists and teachers
- Train caregivers in functional communication strategies for home
- Keep accurate, timely and compliant documentation and progress notes
Schedule and pay
- Full-time or part-time, school-based in Salem, NH
- $75,000–$95,000 a year

What you need
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA-accredited program
- Active, unrestricted New Hampshire SLP license
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Pediatric experience, especially with autism or related developmental disabilities (highly preferred)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
