Reach Higher ABA is hiring two Registered Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with students in a Rochester, NH school, under the direction of a BCBA. You'll be joining early, with strong advancement potential as we expand.
What you'll do
- Provide 1:1 ABA support to students in the school setting
- Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect and document progress data in CentralReach
- Work with teachers, families and clinical team members to support each student's success
- Keep sessions safe, supportive and positive
Schedule and pay
- Full-time, 35–38 hours a week, Monday–Friday during school hours
- $30–$35/hr

What you need
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- At least 3–6 months of experience as an RBT
- CentralReach experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a background check (New Hampshire fingerprinting is done on site)
