Reach Higher ABA is seeking a compassionate, motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our growing team in Rochester, NH. You'll develop individualized treatment plans, support clinical progress, and collaborate with paraprofessionals, RBTs, teachers, families and other professionals in a school-based setting.
What you'll do
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
- Create, implement and monitor behavior intervention plans based on each student's needs
- Supervise and provide clinical direction to paraprofessionals and RBTs working with students
- Monitor progress, analyze behavioral data and adjust treatment strategies as needed
- Provide training, coaching and ongoing feedback to direct-care staff
- Collaborate with teachers, school administrators, families and other clinicians
- Keep accurate clinical documentation and progress reports in CentralReach
- Monitor treatment fidelity and maintain ethical and regulatory compliance
Schedule and pay
- Full-time, Monday–Friday, aligned with school-day hours
- $100/hr, based on experience and qualifications
- In person in Rochester, NH
What you need
- Active BCBA certification through the BACB
- Master's degree or higher in behavior analysis, psychology, education or a related field
- Experience developing and implementing ABA treatment plans
- Experience supervising RBTs or paraprofessionals preferred
- Experience with children with autism or other developmental disabilities preferred
- CentralReach experience preferred but not required
